It is my job to see where people and teams are in their own journeys and to adjust the approach to their needs. This agile way of working helps to get the most out of individuals & groups.

Success through connection

During our first meeting, we determine what success looks like to you. This informs the approach we will take, including milestones and timelines. The first steps are defined quite specifically; later steps are less set in stone. I see coaching and change facilitation as an iterative process with each step tailored to the outcomes as we progress.
I get you out of your comfort zone. By literally taking you to new and unexpected locations, setting assignments to make you wonder, improvise and grow and inviting guests from different sectors and backgrounds. Rediscover your curiosity and joy for what you do; you will be surprised at what you will uncover.
