Evelyn
Evelyn Smeets grew up in a family with 3 children, all lawyers. Watching the film Ciske de Rat as a child triggered her curiosity about what drives human behavior – studying psychology was the logical conclusion.
Evelyn is an experienced professional coach with an academic background in clinical psychology, executive coaching and change management. She specializes in helping people and organizations navigate change and reach their full potential. She is driven by an innate desire to connect with people, clients, and colleagues.

After having worked for a.o. Basell and TNT Express, Evelyn started working as an independent contractor under the name Evolution Coaching in 2016. She also collaborates on various projects with 3 partner organizations:

Work
Evelyn volunteers as a coach for underprivileged female students with Stichting Anne-Bo and employs refugees that are trained as a coach through Stichting De Vrolijkheid. She and her husband are also long-time supporter of Stichting DON in their battle against type 1 diabetes.
Evelyn lives in Bloemendaal with her husband and three children and enjoys playing different sports and hosting family and friends.
